• Developing maintenance schedule and SOP.
• Obtaining all statutory approvals for resources like crane, hydra, tools, 33 KV power system
• Recruitment, skill development and Manning planning for Technical people deployed at site
• Belt operation, Continuous inspection, monitoring and coordination with client.
• Maintenance of all mechanical, Electrical & Automation system.
• Improvement initiatives, Documentation.
• 11 KV substation.
